How we clean it
Moss is scraped from the joins by hand, the tiles get a soft wash, then a gentle rinse. No high pressure on the tiles.

Do you walk on the roof?
Only where it is safe to. Any cracked tiles we find get photographed and shown to you.
Do the lichen spots go straight away?
Moss goes on the day. Lichen spots keep fading over the next few weeks of rain.
Will the moss come back?
In time, yes, mostly on shaded slopes. Most roofs need cleaning again after a few years.
