Before the wash
Is soft washing different from pressure washing?
Yes. Soft washing uses a cleaning mix at low pressure, for walls and roofs. Pressure washing is for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. We pick the method for each surface.
How do you price a job?
By the surface, its size and its condition. You get a fixed price in writing before we start, and it doesn’t change on the day.
Do I need to send photos?
They help. We ask for a couple when we reply, and for big jobs we come and look first.
Are you insured?
Yes, for property damage and general liability. Ask and we’ll email the certificate with your quote.
How far do you travel?
The eight towns on our areas page, and a little further for bigger jobs. Ask about your town.
On the day
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work, as long as we can reach an outside faucet and the gate is open. We text you photos when we finish.
Do you use my water?
We use your outside faucet if there is one. If there isn’t, our trailer carries its own water.
What about plants and pets?
We water plants before and after, cover delicate ones and move pots. Keep pets inside until surfaces are rinsed and dry.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine for most jobs. For heavy rain or strong wind we move you to the next free day, at no cost.
How long does a job take?
A driveway takes two to three hours. A full house wash and driveway is usually a day.
