How we clean it
A mild cleaning mix goes on at low pressure, sits for about ten minutes, then we rinse top to bottom. Plants get watered before and after.

Sound paint stays put. If it is already flaking, we show you before we start, because any wash will lift loose flakes.
How long does it stay clean?
Most homes look good for two to three years. Shady, damp walls grow algae back sooner.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the side gate unlocked and the outside faucet on, and we text you when we finish.
